Bornstar – Size & Exchange Policy

At Bornstar, we want you to get the perfect fit. While all our pieces are limited and made with premium craftsmanship, we do offer size exchanges under the policy below.


Size Exchange Policy
• We offer size exchange on all products.
• A processing fee of ₹350 is applicable for every size exchange.
• This fee includes:
• Pickup from your address
• Reverse shipping
• Processing and handling charges


Conditions for Size Exchange
• The product must be:
• Unworn, unused, and in original condition
• With all tags intact
• Returned along with the original invoice/tax slip
• The ₹350 exchange fee must be paid in advance for the exchange request to be processed.
• Once we receive the product, it goes through a Quality Check (QC).
• Exchange is shipped only after QC approval.


Exchange Timeline
• Pickup: Within 3–4 working days after the exchange request is raised
• QC Process: Conducted once the product reaches our warehouse
• Re-shipment: Exchange product is shipped within 3–4 working days after QC approval


Damaged / Defective Product Exchange
• In case of a damaged or defective product, we provide a product exchange only.
• A clear unboxing video is mandatory:
• Video must show the courier package before opening
• No cuts or edits in the video
• Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.


No Refund Policy
• No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
• All sales are final.
• Exchanges are strictly subject to the terms mentioned above.
